We collect identity and contact data (name, email, phone), enrollment preferences, payment references processed by third-party providers, technical logs (IP, browser, device), cookie identifiers, and communications you send via forms or email.

3. Purposes of Processing

Data is used to respond to inquiries, manage enrollments, deliver courses, improve site performance, send service-related notices, comply with legal obligations, and—with consent—send program updates and surveys.

4. Legal Bases

Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and applicable Korean law, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (site security, analytics where consented), legal obligations, and consent for marketing communications.

5. Retention

Inquiry records: up to 24 months. Enrollment and billing records: up to 7 years where required for tax and consumer law. Marketing consents: until withdrawn. Logs: typically 90 days unless needed for security investigations.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We use processors for hosting, email delivery, analytics (only if you opt in), and payment handling. Processors are bound by contracts requiring appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

7. International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside Korea (e.g., EU or US cloud regions). We assess safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or provider certifications before enabling transfers.

8. Security Measures

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, staff training, and periodic reviews. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to hello@feed-channel.digital promptly.

10. Children

Services are directed to adults and learners 16+ with guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you believe we have, contact us for deletion.

We may update this notice with a new last-updated date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site or by email to enrolled users where appropriate.
